Gerald W. Spivack, Esquire is the founding partner of Spivack & Spivack, LLP. He represents people who are injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, defective products, medical malpractice and work injuries.

Mr. Spivack received his law degree from Temple University-Beasley School of Law in 1962. He received an LL.M. degree in trial advocacy from Temple University’s School of Law in 1994. In 1997, he received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy from Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College. He is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Spivack is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Background

Extensive Legal Experience

He is Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Traffic Court Committee and a member of its State’s Civil Committee. He was previously on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors.

 

Following law school, Mr. Spivack was law clerk and special assistant to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, an Assistant State Court Reporter, Chief Deputy Court Administrator of Pennsylvania and an Examiner of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners. He also has published two articles.

Community Leadership

Mr. Spivack is a past president of Temple Law School’s Alumni Association and a current member of its Executive Committee. He is an active community leader on numerous civic and charitable organizations. He is a previous officer and board member of Beth Sholom Congregation and counsel for the Jewish Congregation at Graterford Prison.

 

In addition to his private practice, Mr. Spivack is a Pennsylvania Bar Exam tutor and coach. He has been successfully preparing students to pass the bar since 2000.
