Gerald

Gerald W. Spivack is a 1959 graduate of Temple University’s School of Business and Administration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following his graduation from college he attended Temple University’s School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1962. He also received his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy in 1994 and is a 1997 graduate of the Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. He also served as Law Clerk and Special Assistant to the Chief Justice of Pennsylvania.

Between 1962 and 1984 Mr. Spivack worked as an Assistant State Court Reporter in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He was also the Chief Deputy Court Administrator of Pennsylvania as well as an Examiner for the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners. He thereafter became associated with the law firm of Pepper, Hamilton and Scheetz.

Between 1984 and 1986 he became Vice-President and General Counsel to Life and Health Insurance Company of America. Then in 1986 he started his private practice where he customarily represents people who are injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, defective products, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, work place injuries and motor vehicle licensing problems. This is the firm that is known today as Spivack & Spivack, LLP.
Mr. Spivack is happily married with three grown children, one of whom is a partner in his private practice.

Kenneth

Kenneth E. Spivack is one of the best Philadelphia medical malpractice attorneys. He graduated in the year1990 from Pennsylvania State University’s School of Business and Administration in University Park, Pennsylvania. Following his graduation from college he attended Temple University’s School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1993. He is also a 2000 graduate of the Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. During his attendance in law school he served as Law Clerk for a prominent Personal Injury Law Firm.

In 1994 Mr. Spivack was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. In 1995 he was admitted to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Following his graduation from law school he joined his father, Gerald W. Spivack, in his private practice where he remains today. His primary focus is on the representation of those who have been injured as the result of a work related incident, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, and auto accident claims.

Mr. Spivack is happily married with two adorable children. He enjoys running and spending time with his family.

Valerie A. Pedicone is a 1997 graduate of Temple University School of Liberal Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following her graduation from college she attended Widner University’s School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2002. Ms. Pedicone graduated law school with honors and in the top 20% of her class.

Following her graduation from law school in 2002 she clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Rueter, a United States Magistrate Judge, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Between 2003 and 2005 she worked as staff counsel for Geico Insurance company.

In 2005 she joined the law team at Spivack & Spivack where she continues to work today. Ms. Pedicone over the years of her career has come to be known as one of the hardest working lawyer amongst the many Philadelphia medical malpractice lawyers. Her primary focus is on personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and professional malpractice.

Ms. Pedicone enjoys spending her spare time with her family and close friends.
