Danielle L. Duffy, Esquire is an associate attorney at Spivack & Spivack, LLP who represents individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others including personal injury, motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents.
Danielle Duffy’s entire practice focuses on helping people who are wrongfully injured. Prior to obtaining her degree in Law from Temple University – Beasley School of Law, Ms. Duffy also obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work. Ms. Duffy’s entire career has been motivated by a desire to help others.
Ms. Duffy attended law school while working full-time at Spivack & Spivack, LLC learning the practice of law from the inside out. She was also a staff editor on the Temple Law Review, the Barrister’s Award Winner for trial advocacy, and a student counselor.

Ms. Duffy routinely handles complex accident cases and is comfortable and confident trying cases. In the past, Ms. Duffy has appeared on the front page of the prestigious Legal Intelligencer newspaper. She has recently been named a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star – an accolade bestowed upon her by her peers and reserved for the best 2.5 percent of the state's attorneys who are 40 or younger.

Ms. Duffy is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
When not busy practicing law, Ms. Duffy most enjoys spending her time with her husband, young son, and daughter.
